摘要
结合高铁接触网建设工程及运营实践,总结分析德国、法国、日本3种模式的高铁接触网定位装置应用中存在的参数不统一、安装形式多样、零件规格种类繁多、个别零部件服役性能不高等现状,以定位支座和定位器为研究对象,从结构、材料、工艺及定位器与定位底座连接方式等方面进行了优化创新,形成了能够满足各种使用要求、具有自主知识产权的中国标准高速铁路接触网定位装置。
With connection to the engineering and operation practices of the high-speed railway construction in the past ten years, summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in three modes of OCS registration devices for high-speed railway applied respectively in Germany, France and Japan. With regard to the situations of ununiformed parameters, different installation modes, attached with many fittings and parts, lower servicing performance of the particular fittings and parts for the registration devices, with the registration base and steady arm as the targets of research, optimization and renovation are made in terms of structure, materials, process as well as the connection mode between the steady arm and registration base, OCS registration devices with Chinese standard and its own intellectual property rights have been formed and they are able to meet various requirements of application.
