摘要
天然酯绝缘油是一种环保、可降解、高燃点的具有良好绝缘特性的液体电介质,近年来在配电变压器中得到良好应用,并逐步在大型电力变压器中应用。牵引变压器由于其负荷特殊性,选择纤维素基纸-矿物油绝缘系统,在满足绝缘寿命的前提下通常经济性不佳。本文结合天然酯绝缘油的特点分析了纤维素基纸-矿物油绝缘系统与纤维素基纸-天然酯油绝缘系统在老化参数方面的差异,从绝缘寿命和经济运行角度为牵引变压器绝缘系统选择提供参考。
Natural ester insulating oil is an environmental-friendly, degradable, high ignition point liquid dielectric with good insulation characteristics. In recent years, it has been well used in distribution transformers and gradually applied in large electric power transformers. Due to the special load of traction transformer, cellulose-based paper mineral oil insulation system is selected, it is not economic generally on the premise of meeting the insulation life. With connection to the characteristics of natural ester insulating oil, the paper analyzes the differences in aging parameters between cellulose-based paper mineral oil insulation system and cellulose-based paper natural ester oil insulation system, so as to provide reference for the selection of traction transformer insulation system from the perspective of insulation life and economic operation.
