摘要 轨道交通对变形很敏感,轨道结构对临近工程建设有严格要求,实践证明采取合理的技术措施和建设时序可以有效控制工程建设对临近轨道结构变形的影响。以北京新机场核心区地下空间为背景,探讨了超长结构温差作用、结构转换设计、基础差异变形、轨道噪音影响、抗浮方案选择等多个工程技术难题,着重研究和分析了超大型地下空间结构设计中超长结构温差作用、沉降变形控制以及基础协同分析技术问题,并归纳总结了临近轨道交通结构采取的应对措施。通过软件分析计算和现场变形数据实测,验证了技术方案合理性。 Rail transit is very sensitive to deformation,and the track structure has strict requirements on the construction of adjacent projects.Practice has proved that adopting reasonable technical measures and construction timing can effectively control the influence of engineering construction on the deformation of adjacent track structures.Taking the underground space in the core area of Beijing New Airport as the background,the effects of the temperature difference of the super-long structure,the design of structural transformation,the differential deformation of the foundation,the influence of the track noise,and the choice of anti-floating schemes were discussed,the effect of the temperature difference of the super-long structure in the design of the super-large underground space,the control of settlement and deformation,and the technical problems of the foundation collaborative analysis were emphatically studied and analyzed,and the response measures taken by the adjacent rail transit structure were summarized.The rationality of the technical plan was verified through software analysis and calculation and field deformation data measurement.
