高大型钢混凝土独立柱施工技术研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 中国工艺美术馆工程80根高大型钢混凝土独立柱,通过优化梁柱节点箍筋、调整混凝土配合比、改良施工工艺、选用优质模板体系等技术攻关,样板柱混凝土外光内实、表面平整、颜色均匀,模板拼缝位置表面棱角分明、平滑整齐,柱脚无漏浆、烂根现象,已达到了清水混凝土的观感效果。 The Arts Museum of China has 80 pieces of big and high profile steel reinforced concrete independent columns. Some techniques were adopted, such as optimizing beam and column node hoop, adjusting concrete mixing proportion, improving construction process and selecting high quality formwork system, to realize smooth external surface and solid internal surface, plane appearance and uniform color of concrete, tidy appearance of formwork joint position, free of mortar leakage and corrosion at column foot, as well as beautiful appearance of fair-faced concrete.
