摘要
针对转换桁架的节点形式和结构特点,结合施工场地条件和工况,采用合理的散件吊装焊接技术,是实现转换桁架功能和保障施工质量安全的重要措施。以上海张江某工程为例,阐述了巨型转换桁架的吊装分段方案、安装临时支撑方案、安装焊接顺序以及高强度超厚钢板的焊接工艺,可为类似工程施工提供借鉴和参考。
Considering the node form and structural characteristics of the transfer truss, as well as construction conditions, reasonable segment lifting and welding technique was adopted to realize the functions of transfer truss and guarantee construction quality and safety. This paper takes a project in Zhangjiang High-Tech Park as an example to introduce the segment lifting scheme, temporary support installation scheme and welding sequence of huge transfer truss, as well as welding process of highstrength super-thick steel plate, providing references for construction of similar projects.
