超高层贯穿双层柱脚底板的巨型锚栓群精确预埋技术 被引量:1

摘要 海口塔超高层钢结构外框4个多腔室圆管(直径4.2 m)组合巨柱的柱脚长宽为10.42 m×4.92 m,柱脚底板为双层,底板厚110 mm,间距1 m,每个柱脚通过166根预埋锚栓组成的锚栓群和基础连接,锚栓直径90 mm,长度5.2 m。要求所有锚栓垂偏不能超过0.051 3°,因此对锚栓定位精度要求极高。该工程通过巨型锚栓群精确预埋技术,很好地确保了锚栓群的预埋精度,锚栓的穿孔合格率达到100%,未出现扩孔现象。 The column base length and width of the 4 multi-chamber round pipes(diameter 4.2 m)combined giant columns in the outer frame of super high-rise steel structure of Haikou tower is 10.42 m×4.92 m. The bottom plates of the column base are double layers with a thickness of 110 mm and a spacing of 1m. Each column base is connected to the foundation by an anchor group composed of 166 embedded anchor bolts with a diameter of 90 mm and a length of 5.2 m. It is required that the vertical deviation of all anchor bolts should not exceed 0.0513°, so the positioning accuracy of anchor bolts is extremely high. In this project, the precision embedding of the giant anchor bolt group is well ensured through the precise embedding technology of the anchor bolt group. The qualified rate of the anchor bolt is 100%, and the phenomenon of hole expanding does not occur.
