摘要
北京市辛庄村Ⅰ区棚户区改造安置房项目采用装配式空心板剪力墙结构,由工厂预制的内外墙空心构件,运至施工现场拼接形成整体式剪力墙,再与预制楼板、预制楼梯等构件组合后二次浇筑混凝土,最终形成装配式整体建筑。介绍该体系的设计特点、施工要点及质量控制措施。
shantytown reconstruction and resettlement housing project of Xinzhuang village of Beijing adopted assembly hollow shear wall structure. The internal and external wall hollow components prefabricated in factory were transported to the construction site and assembled into integral shear wall,and then connected with prefabricated floor slab and stairs through secondary concrete grouting, to form the final assembly building. This paper introduced the design characteristics, key construction points and quality control measures of such system.
