巨型斜撑无支撑安装辅助拉杆应力变化分析 被引量:1

摘要 海口塔巨型斜撑采用无支撑分段吊装的方法施工,其倾覆力矩由辅助拉杆承受,因此掌握拉杆的应力变化是设计和核算整个结构体系安全性至关重要的环节。而在上、下节斜撑对接过程中,对接口受力状态非常复杂,上节斜撑对下节斜撑的作用力很难利用现有的有限元计算软件建模计算。需要根据经验判断构件相对运动趋势,并以此为基础建立合理的力学模型,计算出上、下节斜撑从开始接触到达到设计位置过程中相互之间作用力的变化,进而计算出拉杆的应力变化。以应力应变计实测拉杆的应力,对计算结果进行检验。 Giant diagonal brace of Haikou Tower adopts the construction method of segmental hoisting without support, and its overturning moment is supported by the auxiliary pull rod, so to master the stress change of pull rod is the most crucial link of design and the calculation of the whole structural system safety. During the docking process of upper and lower diagonal bracing, the stress state of the interface is very complicated, and the acting force between upper section and lower section of diagonal bracing is difficult to make modeling calculation through using the existing finite element calculation software. The experience is needed to judge the relative motion trends of components, and based on that, the reasonable mechanical can be established. The interaction forces between upper and lower section bracing position from beginning the contact to meeting the design location are calculated, and then the stress change of the pull rod is calculated. The stress strain gauge is used to measure the stress of pull rod, and the calculation results are inspected.
