摘要
综述了当前猕猴桃防腐保鲜技术(物理、化学、生物和植物提取物防腐保鲜技术)的研究现状及贮藏过程中存在的主要问题,同时对今后猕猴桃贮藏进行了展望,并提出一些建议,以期对我国猕猴桃果实的高效、绿色、安全贮藏提供一定的方向。
In this paper,the main research status(antiseptic and fresh-keeping technology in terms of physical,chemical,biological and plant extracts methods)of kiwifruit storage,the major problems existing in storage process,and the prospects and some suggestions of kiwifruit storage in the future were summarized to provide a direction of development for efficient,green and safe storage of kiwifruit in China.
