摘要
本文对我国集成电路标准起草单位进行了统计,以标准起草单位的地理分布反映了我国集成电路产业集聚形态,并通过结合全产业链模式标准体系的标准研制贡献量值研究,分析了各省份的集成电路产业发展优势。
The paper makes a statistic analysis of the drafting units of Chinese IC standards,whose geographic location reflects the agglomeration form of the IC enterprises in China.It then analyzes the development advantages of every province in the IC industry by conducting the research on standard development contribution combined with a wholeindustry-chain mode standards system.
