基于军民通用的导航领域标准化工作的研究

Research on the Standardization of the Navigation Field Based on Military-civilian General Use

军民通用旨在实现技术、人才等资源的共享,技术通用是军民通用的核心内容,标准是支撑军民技术通用的基础,因而军民通用标准化工作是实施军民通用国家战略的重要工作。本文统计近年来标准化军民通用政策,分析军民通用标准现状及重要作用,以导航领域标准化军民通用为例,总结开展军民通用标准化工作的经验。

Military-civilian general use aims to realize the sharing of technology,talents and other resources.Technology general use is the core content of military-civilian general use,and standards are the foundation to support military-civilian technology use.Therefore,the standardization of military-civilian general use is an important work to implement the national strategy of military-civilian general use.In this paper,the standardization of military-civilian general policies in recent years is analyzed,the status quo and important role of common civil-military standards are analyzed,and the experience of military-civilian general standardization is summarized by taking the standardization of military-civilian general use in the navigation field as an example.
