山地管道安全状态识别与监测技术应用研究

摘要 山地管段沿线地质条件变化剧烈,人员活动频繁,在两大风险叠加状态下,管道的整体应力水平极易超出极限承载能力,导致管道变形、断裂失效。因此,亟需对山地管道安全状态进行准确识别与在线实时监测,从而保障管道安全运行。本文首先通过非接触式磁应力检测技术识别出山地管道沿线磁异常管段,然后定义磁异常综合指数F值对磁异常管段的应力集中程度进行定量评估。然后,选取F值最小的应力集中管段开展应力应变在线实时监测,并分析了目标管段的应力变化趋势。结果表明:通过非接触式磁应力检测技术,共识别出3处应力集中管段,磁异常综合指数F值范围为0.55~0.61。通过分析应力应变在线监测数据,发现管道的外部荷载发生了明显改变,管道最大应力增量为148.6MPa,相对管道材质屈服强度变化了26.7%,需要采取修复措施保障其安全运行。 The geological conditions along the mountain pipeline change drastically, and the personnel activities are frequent. Under the superimposed status of the two major risks, the overall stress level of the pipeline can easily exceed the ultimate bearing capacity, resulting in the pipeline deformation and the fracture failure. Therefore, there is an urgent need for accurate identification and online real-time monitoring of the safety status of mountain pipelines to ensure the safe operation. Firstly, this paper identified the magnetic anomaly pipe section along the mountain pipeline by non-contact magnetic stress detection technology, and the magnetic anomaly composite index F value was defined to quantitatively evaluate the stress concentration degree of the magnetic anomaly pipe section. Then, the stressconcentrated pipe section with the smallest F value was selected to carry out on-line real-time stress and strain monitoring, and the stress change trend of the target pipe section was analyzed. The results show that a total of 3 stress concentration pipe sections are identified, and the magnetic anomaly comprehensive index F value ranges from 0.55 to 0.61. By analyzing the stress and strain online monitoring data, it is found that the external load of the pipeline has changed significantly. The maximum stress increment of the pipeline is 148.6MPa, the repair measures are needed to ensure its safe operation.
