石墨制化工装置是一类重要的化工设备,由于石墨材料本身特性脆性高且具有透性,所以制造石墨制化工设备的材料是人造石墨材料经过浸渍后的不透性石墨。石墨制化工设备中的塔类设备,通常在筒节外壁上加装一定长度的铁抱箍,用来加强石墨的承压能力以及减少石墨材料的使用量,但随着钢材价格的提升,成本随之增加,并且主要是铁抱箍不能对石墨筒的渗漏起到增强作用。本文介绍了一种石墨塔节缠绕玻璃纤维技术。玻璃纤维(Fiberglass),是一种性能优异的无机非金属材料,种类繁多,优点是绝缘性好、耐热性强、抗腐蚀性好、机械强度高。

Graphite chemical equipment is an important kind of chemical equipment. the graphite itself is with fragility and permeability, so man-made graphite material, been impregnated, is used to make graphite chemical equipment. For the graphite column, iron hoops are added outside of column to strength the bearing of graphite and reduce the amount of graphite material. But with the rise of iron price, the cost is increasing, and the iron hoops are without enforcement of graphite leakage. In this paper,a kind of Fiberglass twining column technology is introduced. Fiberglass is a nice inorganic non-mental material, with a lot of types. The advantages of fiberglass: good insulation, strong heat insistence, nice anti corrosion, high mechanical strength.
