摘要
本文针对油田现场中应用的316L材质,进行了含CO_(2)油水介质条件下的腐蚀实验研究。通过实验发现,在含CO_(2)油水环境中影响316L材质腐蚀速率的因素较多,而各因素的影响程度也不同。其中该环境下原油含水率对316L钢腐蚀速率的影响最大,其次是温度,而二氧化碳分压的影响最小。
In this paper, the corrosion experiment of 316L material in oil-water medium containing CO_(2)is carried out. It is found that there are many factors affecting the corrosion rate of 316L material in CO_(2)containing oil-water environment, and the influence degree of each factor is also different. In this environment, the water content of crude oil has the greatest influence on the corrosion rate of 316L steel, followed by temperature, and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide has the least influence.
