摘要
目的:探索学生对美国医师执照考试(USMLE)来源的基础医学整合性试题的适应性和网络答疑的参与度。方法:选取80名临床医学专业学生进行USMLE来源试题测试和网络答疑。结果:学生USMLE测试及格率和网络答疑参与度均较低。结论:检测整合课程教学效果的试题可借鉴USMLE优势。答疑形式需多样化、智能化,以补充和促进教学、激励学生自主学习。
Objective: To explore the students’ adaptability to USMLE step1-based comprehensive test of basic medicine and participation initiative to online Question &Answering(Q&A). Methods: Eighty clinical students were randomly selected for the USMLE-based test and online Q&A. Results: Both the pass rate of the test and participation in online Q&A were low. Conclusion: USMLE-based test could be used as a reference for evaluation of integrated medical curriculum. Diverse and intelligent Q&A may be effective to supplement and promote teaching by encouraging independent learning ability of medical students.
