PBL联合微视频教学法在骨科康复实习带教中的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨PBL联合微视频教学法在骨科康复带教中的应用效果。方法:以本院2019年6月至2020年3月本院骨康复科中的50名康复实习生为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=25)和实验组(n=25)。对照组采用传统临床带教方法,实验组采用PBL联合微视频教学法。实习结束后比较两组教学效果。结果:研究显示,实验组的出科理论成绩和技能成绩均好于对照组(P<0.01),在教学效果评价方面,实验组各测评项目(骨康复知识的掌握、骨康复思维的培养、骨康复技能的提升、自主学习能动性激发、团队协作能力的提高)的得分均高于对照组(P<0.05),总分也高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在骨科康复实习带教中采用PBL联合微视频教学法,能显著提高康复实习生理论成绩与康复技能水平,提高临床实习带教效果。 Objective: To explore the effect of PBL combined with micro-video teaching method in orthopedic rehabilitation teaching. Methods: A total of 50 rehabilitation interns in orthopedic rehabilitation in our hospital from June 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(n=25) and experimental group(n=25). The traditional clinical teaching method was used in the control group, and the PBL combined with micro-video teaching method was used in the experimental group. After the orthopedic rehabilitation practice, the teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The study showed that the academic performance and rehabilitation skills of rehabilitation interns in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01). In terms of teaching effect evaluation, the evaluation items of the experimental group(the mastery of orthopedic rehabilitation knowledge, the cultivation of orthopedic rehabilitation thinking, the improvement of orthopedic rehabilitation skills, the stimulation of independent learning and the improvement of teamwork ability) were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the total scores were also higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: PBL combined with micro-video teaching method in orthopedic rehabilitation practice teaching can significantly improve the theoretical achievement and rehabilitation skill operation level of rehabilitation interns, and significantly improve the teaching effect of clinical practice teaching.
