摘要 目的:探讨眩晕标准化病人(SP)在全科医学生教学中的应用。方法:在安徽医科大学巢湖临床医学院训练眩晕SP 5人,把60名全科医学生随机分成实验组和对照组,每组30名学生。实验组SP模拟不同眩晕常见疾病的临床症状、体征,医学生对SP进行病史采集、体格检查等,提出诊治意见,带教老师与SP进行总结评价,指出学生的优缺点,并进行改进和完善;对照组采用传统的教学方法,比较两组学习效果等。结果:实验组考试平均成绩(理论成绩及病例分析成绩)优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在学习兴趣、接受程度、对教师满意度等方面,实验组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:SP在教学中的应用提高了医学生考试平均成绩及学习兴趣、接受程度、对教师满意度,值得在临床教学中推广。 Objective To explore the application of vertigo standardized patients(SP)simulation in the teaching of general medicine students.Methods:Five people with vertigo SP were trained in Chaohu Clinical College of Anhui Medical University.60 general medicine students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 students in each group.The experimental group SP simulates the clinical symptoms and signs of different common diseases of vertigo.The medical students conduct medical history collection and physical examination on the SP,propose diagnosis and treatment opinions,and lead the teacher to conduct a summary evaluation with the SP,point out the students'advantages and disadvantages,and make improvements;The control group uses traditional teaching methods to compare the learning effects of the two groups.Results:The average test scores(theoretical scores and case analysis scores)of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the experimental group was higher than the control group in terms of interest in learning,acceptance,and satisfaction with teachers(P<0.05).Conclusion:SP simulation teaching improves the average test scores of medical students,learning interest,acceptance,and satisfaction with teachers.It is worthy of promotion in clinical teaching.
