基于三重底线理论的住宅建筑可持续性评估体系构建

Construction of Sustainability Evaluation System for Residential Buildings based on Triple Bottom Line Theory

世界各国普遍遵守的可持续发展这一基本准则,对于我国住宅建筑业的发展提出了更高的要求。文章基于三重底线理论,并充分考虑居住者的主观感受,从生态、社会和经济三个角度构建住宅建筑全生命周期可持续性评估体系,并对其中具体的评价指标进行简单介绍,以期为住宅建筑的可持续性发展提供思路。

Countries all over the world generally abide by the basic principle of sustainable development, which puts forward higher requirements for the development of residential buildings in China. Based on the triple bottom line theory and fully considering the subjective feelings of residents,this paper constructs the evaluation system of the whole life cycle sustainability of residential buildings from the perspective of ecology, society and economy, and briefly introduces the specific evaluation indexes, so as to provide some new ideas for the sustainable development of residential buildings.
