Facade Style and Features Improvement of Rural Residential Buildings under Cost Control:Taking the Farm Renovation Project of Daqiao Village in Yancheng, Jiangsu as an Example

在实施乡村振兴建设过程中,改造农村住宅立面是整体提升并统一农村风貌的有效手段。文章从整体把控改造预期、合理制定详细方案、落实材料人工成本三个角度,以江苏盐城大桥村农庄提升改造项目为例,提出成本控制下制定农村住宅立面风貌提升的策略,力求为实际项目提供应用该方法的启示。

In the process of implementing rural revitalization, the transformation of rural residential facades is an effective means to enhance and unify the rural landscape as a whole. From the perspectives of overall control of renovation expectations, reasonable formulation of detailed plans,and implementation of material and labor costs, the paper takes the farm improvement and renovation project of Daqiao Village in Yancheng as an example, and proposes a strategy to develop rural residential facades under cost control, and strive to be practical. The project provides inspiration for applying this method.
