未来社区概念下的“邻里中心”模式设计策略——以南星社区邻里中心方案设计为例

Design Strategy of "Neighborhood Center" Model under the Concept of Future Community:Taking the Scheme Design of Nanxing Community Neighborhood Center as an Example

随着浙江省“未来社区”试点工作的推进,“未来社区”的概念也逐步融入到了传统的社区邻里中心的开发建设中。文章通过对“未来社区”核心理念进行分解,对我国传统的社区“邻里中心”模式的建立和设计策略问题作出引导性分析,探讨在新的时代环境下,“未来社区”的建设与新型社区“邻里中心”的建设互为依托和生长的关系。

With the promotion of the pilot work of "future community" in Zhejiang Province, the concept of "future community" has been gradually integrated into the development and construction of traditional community neighborhood centers. By decomposing the core concept of "future community", this paper makes a guiding analysis on the establishment and design strategy of China’s traditional community "neighborhood center" model, and discusses the relationship between the construction of "future community" and the construction of new community "neighborhood center" in the new era environment.
