南京多层老旧住区公共空间适老化改造策略研究——以南京金陵小区八村、九村为例

随着第七次人口普查数据全面披露,老龄化问题重回公众视野。人口在老化的同时,现有存量建筑中住宅的老化也在持续进行。当前我国老年群体养老模式仍以居家养老为主,而老年人又广泛居住在老旧小区中,所以如何在“双老”背景下对老旧小区的公共空间进行适老化改造成为影响住区中老年群体居住品质的民生问题之一。文章通过分析南京市鼓楼区金陵小区八村、九村的改造方案,从具体问题中总结公共空间适老化更新策略。

With the full disclosure of the seventh census data, the aging problem has returned to public view. While the population is aging, the aging of the existing buildings in the existing buildings is also continuing. At present, the mode of elderly care for the elderly in our country is still dominated by home care, and the elderly are widely living in old communities. Therefore, how to transform the public space of the old community under the background of "double elderly" has become one of the livelihood issues that affect the living quality of the middle-aged and elderly people in the residential area. This paper analyzes the renovation plan of the eight villages and ninth villages in Jinling District, Gulou District, Nanjing, and summarizes the aging and renewal strategies of public spaces from specific issues.
