摘要
为加快洗手监测方案数字化建设,提高医护人员手卫生的正确率、依从性,本文从用户情境角度出发构建智能洗手监测评估系统,探究在手卫生监测中适用的设计方案。通过文献研究、实地考察及用户访谈,作者们将目标用户分为不同类别,并进一步分析洗手行为、心理及环境,构建典型用户情境,以此为基础提炼出功能、物理、心理方面的深层用户需求。根据用户需求进行分析,文章总结出保证洗手效果、高效使用的设计方案,让基于用户情境构建的智能洗手监测评估系统更关注真实使用情境,达到实用性和情感性结合的目的。
Aiming to speed up the digital construction of hand-washing monitoring programs and improve the accuracy and compliance of medical staff’s hand hygiene, this paper builds an intelligent hand-washing monitoring and evaluation system from the perspective of user context, and explores the design schemes applicable to hand hygiene monitoring. Through literature research, field investigations and user interviews, the authors divided the target users into different categories, and further analyzed the handwashing behavior, psychology and environment, and constructed a typical user situation. Based on this, the functional, physical, and psychological needs of users were extracted. According to the analysis of user needs, the authors summarized the design plan to ensure the effect of handwashing and efficient use, so that the intelligent handwashing monitoring and evaluation system built based on the user situation pays more attention to the real use situation, and achieves the purpose of combining practicality and emotionality.
