基于老年人生理与心理需求的宜居空间设计研究

RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF LIVABLE SPACE BASED ON THE PHYSICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS OF THE ELDERLY

目的:本文从老年人的心理需求和生理特征切入,研究探索适宜老年人居住的公共空间,对提高老年人养老的居住环境、生活品质有着重要的意义。方法:通过分析不同群体老年人的活动特性,对老年人进行心理与生理需求的剖析。结果:研究总结出既适合老年人独处、又满足集体活动、兼具阳光沐浴与遮阴纳凉、有开阔的活动空间、又有不失赏心悦目的景观的老年宜居空间。老年宜居空间的设施安全完善、道路系统流畅便捷,可以将老年人的生活与景观空间结合起来,使老年人的宜居空间更加舒适。结论:在景观规划中通过空间营造、植物配置、设施改良等,为老人提供一个更加符合其需求的老年宜居空间。

Objective: Starting from the psychological needs and physiological characteristics of the elderly, this paper researches and explores the public space suitable for the elderly to live in, which is of great significance for improving the living environment and quality of life for the elderly. Methods: By analyzing the activity characteristics of different groups of the elderly,the psychological and physical needs of the elderly were analyzed. Results: The study concluded that the elderly livable space is suitable for the elderly to be alone and satisfy group activities,both for sun bathing and shade and cool, with open space for activities and pleasing landscape for the elderly. The facilities of the livable space for the elderly are safe and complete, and the road system is smooth and convenient, which can combine the life of the elderly with the landscape space, making the livable space for the elderly more comfortable. Conclusion: Through space creation, plant configuration and facility improvement in landscape planning, a livable space for the elderly that is more in line with their needs is provided.
