摘要
当前高校工程实践教学存在着企业实践教学资源匮乏和教学效率低下、优势实践环境构建不充分、社会性协作交流建构薄弱等问题,在校企利益诉求和行为逻辑相悖的背景下,构建适应学生阶段性实践能力发展水平的工程实践多场域结构成为必然的选择。本文从工程实践情境意涵出发,构建了学习、实践、生产的多场域情境化工程实践教学模式,解决了实践共同体组织结构、实践教学活动设计、情境感知三个关键问题。通过真实案例的探索运行,表明该工程实践教学模式能充分利用企业有限实践教学资源、扩大实践教学覆盖面,极大提升校企协同育人效果。
At present there are some problems in engineering practice teaching in colleges and universities,such as the lack of enterprise practice teaching resources and low teaching efficiency,the insufficient construction of advantageous practice environment,and the weak construction of social cooperation and communication.Under the background that the interest demands of schools and enterprises are contrary to the behavioral logic,it is an inevitable choice to build a multi-field structure of engineering practice to adapt to the development level of students’ phased practical ability.Starting from the construction of engineering practice situation,this paper constructs a multi-field situational engineering practice teaching model of learning,practice and production,and solves three key problems:the organizational structure of practice community,the design of practical teaching activities and situation perception.Through the exploration and operation of real cases,it shows that the engineering practice teaching mode can make full use of the limited practice teaching resources of enterprises,expand the coverage of practice teaching,and greatly improve the training effect of school enterprise collaborative education.
