工程教育非技术能力中职业规范的多源表征研究 被引量:3

On Multi-source Characterization for Ethics in Professional Skills in Engineering Education

摘要 我国是工程人才培养大国,2016年6月正式加入《华盛顿协议》后,强化工程教育非技术能力培养的必要性更加凸显。现行工程教育专业认证标准日趋规范化,对毕业生应达到的技术能力要求较为明确,但对毕业生应达到的非技术能力尚未形成具体的内容体系。研究以工程教育非技术能力中的职业规范为例,通过认证标准分析、文献资料梳理、专家访谈对职业规范进行多源表征,形成二级指标6项,三级指标23项,并采用层次分析法对指标进行权重赋值,构建工程教育非技术能力中职业规范三级指标体系,为进一步提升工程教育专业认证水平提供参考。 China is a large country in cultivating engineering talents,and the necessity of strengthening the cultivation of professional skills in engineering education has become more prominent after formally joining the Washington Agreement in June 2016.The current engineering education professional certification standards are becoming more and more standardized,and the requirements for technical skills that graduates should achieve are clear,but no specific characterization system has been formed for the requirements for professional skills that graduates should achieve.Taking the ethics in professional skills of engineering education as an example,the study carries out multi-source characterization through accreditation standards analysis,literature combing,expert interview,forms six secondary indicators and twenty-three tertiary indicators.Also uses AHP to weights the indicators so that constructing a three-level index system of ethics in professional skills of engineering education,which will provide reference for further improving the level of engineering education professional accreditation.
