摘要
介绍了使用在侧翻边整形模具中的旋转斜楔特点,针对旋转斜楔加工难度大、后期维护成本高等问题,提出一种摆动方式的特殊旋转斜楔结构形式,介绍了几种不同驱动方式的摆动斜楔的结构特点,每种类型的摆动斜楔机构都在翼子板侧翻边整形模具得以实施,为翼子板等制件侧翻边整形模具选择斜楔提供了一种新的思路。
The characteristics of rotary wedge used in the flanging die are introduced.Aiming at the problems of difficult machining and high maintenance cost of rotary wedge,a special rotary inclined wedge structure with swing mode is proposed.The structural characteristics of swinging wedge with different driving modes are introduced.Each type of swinging wedge institutions in the fender side flanging die,for the spare parts such as fender side flanging die choose inclined wedge provides a new train of thought.
