摘要
针对高职模具技能大赛赛题的温控器上盖,分析了塑件模型的工艺结构,介绍了在赛项提供的限制条件下顶出系统、侧向分型与抽芯机构、浇注系统等设计过程,同时结合华塑CAE软件优化了浇注系统,最后制造出注射模,注射成型出合格的塑件,验证了模具设计的合理性。
Aiming at the top cover of the thermostat for the higher vocational mold skill competition,the process structure of the product model is analyzed,and the design of the ejection system,lateral parting and core-pulling mechanism,and pouring system under the constraints provided by the competition is introduced.At the same time,combined with Huasu CAE software,the pouring system was optimized,and finally the injection mold was processed and manufactured,and qualified products were injected,which verifies the rationality of the mold design.
