模具“葫芦”状型芯加工工艺研究

摘要 模具“葫芦”状型芯一般由高硬度的淬火材料加工而成,成型零件内孔形状及尺寸,尺寸精度要求高。但型芯材料硬度高、直径小、长度长、头部形状结构复杂,在磨削加工过程中极易变形、振动,导致尺寸超差,加工工艺性差。通过分析该类型芯的加工难题和改进措施,从工件的夹具设计、装夹、金钢石修刀、砂轮的选择、切削量的控制和程序编制等方面进行详细论述,有效地克服该类零件加工过程中出现的变形和振动问题,保证了加工质量和加工尺寸。 The mold"gourd"shaped core is generally processed from high hardness quenching materials.The shape and size of the inner hole of the molding parts require high dimensional precision.But the core material has high hardness,small diameter,long length and complex head shape and structure.In the grinding process,it is easy to deformation and vibration,resulting in out-of-tolerance of size and poor processing technology.By analyzing the machining problems and improvement measures of this type of core.This paper discusses in detail from the aspects of fixture design,clamping,diamond dressing,selection of grinding wheel,control of cutting amount and programming,so as to effectively overcome the deformation and vibration problems in the machining process of this kind of parts and ensure the machining quality and machining size.
