基于PowerMILL硬铝青铜合金数控铣削加工技术的研究

摘要 硬铝青铜合金用作模具材料在拉伸、压延不锈钢制件时,因其存在高强度、高硬度、高耐磨性、高刚度稳定性等天然优势而不会产生粘模、划伤制件,属于一种新型模具材料,但是其脆性也明显高于其他模具用钢。正是因为硬铝青铜合金的新颖性和特殊性,尚未有一套完整的加工工艺体系适用于硬铝青铜合金的加工。 Aluminum-bronze alloy are used as die materials in drawing and rolling stainless steel products.Due to its natural advantages such as high strength,high hardness,high wear resistance,high rigidity and stability,it will not product sticky mold and scratch workpiece.It belong to a new type of mold material,but its brittleness is obviously higher than that of other die steels.Because of novelty and particularity of auminum-bronze alloy,there is not yet a complete processing technology system suitable for the processing of auminum-bronze alloy.This paper will provide a method and reference for the processing according to the characteristics of the materizl.
