摘要
基于有限元分析软件DEFORM-3D模拟了某大型热锻模具预热过程中的温度场分布。实验首先基于热力学模拟软件JMATPRO求解了模具材料在不同材料下的换热系数,并基于此模拟了不同预热工艺下的模具温度场分布。结果表明:在预热过程中,大型热锻模具内部截面外表面产生了较大温度差,增加保温时间和采用多级升温+保温的方式均可有效降低热锻模具表面与心部的温度差。
Based on the finite element analysis software DEFORM-3D,the temperature field distribution in the preheating process of a large hot forging die is simulated.Firstly,based on the thermodynamic simulation software JMATPRO,the heat transfer coefficients of die materials under different materials are solved,and the die temperature field distribution under different preheating processes is simulated.The results show that there is a large temperature difference on the outer surface of the internal section of the large hot forging die in the preheating process.The reasonable design of heating+insulation process can reduce the temperature difference inside and outside the die.
