摘要
民国时期大学校长教育交往史是教育史学研究的一个新领域。以年鉴学派史学理论、哈贝马斯交往行动理论与教育活动史研究范式等为理论参照,对民国时期大学校长的教育交往进行多视角、深层次的研究与考察,进而构建以教育交往为中心,涉及日常交往、学术交往与社会交往等内容的研究网络。民国时期大学校长的教育交往在中国教育史上占据着独有的地位、体现着独特的优势、发挥着独到的作用,不仅呈现出复杂性与多元化的特点,而且发挥了大学校长教育交往的特殊功能与价值。他们通过地缘交往、学缘交往、业缘交往、志缘交往,沟通信息、谋求资源、更新理念、获得经验,为提升大学治理能力与办学水平,推进民国时期大学的转型、变革与发展发挥了积极作用。
The educational interassociation between university presidents during the China’s Republican period(1912-1949)is a new study of educational history.Based on the historical theories from the "Annals School," "the theory of communicative action" from Jurgen Habermas,and the research paradigm from the history of educational activities,this study probes into the educational interassociation from various perspectives so as to build a research network focusing on educational interassociation and dealing with daily,academic and social communications.The authors find that the educational interassociation boasted of its unique status,advantages and functions,showed its complicated and diversified features,and played a special role in China’s history of education.By means of geographical,academic,career-oriented and aspirational interassociations,the university presidents exchanged information,sought resources,updated concepts,gained experience,and played an active role in improving their universities’ quality and capacity for governance,and promoting the transformation,reform and development of the universities in the Republican Period.
