摘要 随着供给侧结构性改革的深入开展和双碳目标要求的提出,煤炭企业传统的发展方式难以维继,为使煤炭勘察设计企业走上高质量发展道路,中煤天津设计工程有限责任公司结合新集公司发展规划和煤炭产业发展方向,对公司新集一矿、新集二矿、刘庄煤矿、口孜东矿和板集煤矿开展了系统诊断优化工作。项目自2019年4月至2020年12月,历时5个阶段近两年时间,贯彻全生命周期理念,以解决重大问题为主线,对各系统环节进行分析评价,提出了“四重五步”工作方法,“三比”的工作原则和优化应把握的三个特点,探索出一条煤炭先进优势产能的实现路径。新集公司通过生产矿井系统诊断优化工作,共取得15项重大优化成果,29项其他优化成果。 With the proposal of the goal of peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality,the traditional development mode of coal enterprises is difficult to sustain.In order to lead the coal survey and design enterprises to a high-quality development path,China Coal Tianjin Design Engineering Company carried out system diagnosis and optimization for Xinji No.2 Mine,Liuzhuang Coal Mine,Kouzidong Mine and Banji Coal Mine combining with the development plan of Xinji Company and the development direction of the coal industry.From April 2019 to December 2020,the project lasted nearly two years in 5 stages,implemented the concept of the whole life cycle,focused on solving major problems,analyzed and evaluated each system link,and proposed “four levels and five steps” working methods,the working principle of “three ratios” and the three characteristics that should be grasped for optimization,so as to explore a path to realize the advanced production capacity of coal.15 major optimization results and 29 other optimization results were achieved through the diagnosis and optimization of the production mine systems in Xinji Company.
