摘要
从建筑工程质量投诉密度分析出发,构建建筑工程质量评价体系。在参建单位质量自评基础上,通过引入住户质量投诉因素、工程质量表彰因素、监管机构质量检查因素,建立建筑企业、住户、监管机构三方互动的建筑工程质量评价体系。
The article from the construction quality complaint density,construction of construction quality evaluation system. On the basis of the self-evaluation of the quality of the participating construction units,through the introduction of factors such as complaints of household quality,recognition of project quality,and quality inspection by supervisory organs,the construction quality evaluation system of construction enterprises,residents and supervision organizations is established.
