沉降后浇带下撑上盖预封闭施工技术

随着住宅类快速建造体系的推广应用,如何实现室外市政先行已成为目前亟需解决的施工难题;通过在沉降后浇带梁板两侧下设临时圆钢柱独立支撑承受顶板自重、覆土重量以及施工荷载,当顶板达到设计强度后,沉降后浇带上铺预制盖板预封闭,达到封闭条件后浇筑自密实混凝土,从而实现市政先行和地下室止水,大大缩短了施工工期,值得推广应用。

With the popularization and application of residential rapid construction system,how to realize the outdoor municipal first has become an urgent construction problem to be solved.By setting temporary round steel columns under both sides of the beam and slab of the settlement post pouring belt to bear the self-weight of the roof,the weight of the soil and the construction load,when the roof reaches the design strength,the settlement post pouring belt is pre sealed with precast cover plate,and the self-compacting concrete is poured after the sealing condition is reached,so as to realize the municipal first and the basement water stop,it greatly shortens the construction period and is worthy of popularization and application.
