摘要
为研究灌浆缺陷补浆对钢筋套筒灌浆连接接头力学性能的影响,以全灌浆套筒为研究对象,以初始灌浆料残留层、补浆区段长度以及特配补浆料与初始灌浆料的协同工作能力为试验参数,设计制作了30个试件。通过单向拉伸试验研究其屈服强度、极限抗拉强度以及破坏模式。结果表明:在补浆饱满的基础上,初始灌浆料残留层对试件的连接性能无明显影响,不会导致补浆料与连接钢筋、套筒内壁之间的粘结强度降低;试件连接性能受补浆区段长度的影响较小,不同的补浆区段长度,试件极限抗拉强度接近,连接性能满足标准要求;特配补浆料与初始灌浆料能够很好地协同工作,实现力的传递,保证接头试件的连接性能。
In order to study the effect of grouting plumpness on the mechanical properties of grouting of steel sleeve,taking the full grouting sleeve as the research object,30 specimens were designed and manufactured with the residual layer of initial grout,the length of filling section and the ability of the special supplementing grout to work with the initial grout as the test parameters,the yield strength,ultimate tensile strength and failure mode were studied by uniaxial tensile test.The result shows that,on the basis of filling and filling,the residual layer of the initial grouting material has no obvious effect on the connection performance of the test piece,and will not cause the bond strength between the repairing slurry and the connecting steel bar and the inner wall of the sleeve to decrease;the connection performance of the test piece is less affected by the length of filling section,different lengths of the filling section,the ultimate tensile strength of the specimens are close,and the connection performance meets the standard requirements;the special supplementary grout and the initial grout can work well together to realize the transfer of force and ensure the connection performance of the joint test piece,in addition,the fluidity of the special supplementary slurry is better,which is convenient for the supplementary slurry.
