摘要
文章根据新型智慧城市内涵分析了在新型智慧城市建设背景下气象观测存在的不足,并在“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”五大发展理念的指导下对新型智慧城市建设过程中城市气象观测发展进行阐述,并提出观测布网科学化、气象观测微型智能化、“云+端”气象观测协同化、观测全民化、多元数据融合化、观测服务及时化和观测运维产业化的主要发展方向。
Based on the connotation of new smart city, this article analyzes the deficiencies of meteorological observation under the background of the construction of new smart city, and expounds the development of urban meteorological observation in the process of new smart city construction under the five development concepts of "innovation, coordination, green, open and sharing". It also puts forward the main development directions, including the scientific observation network, the micro-intelligence of meteorological observation, the "cloud + terminal" meteorological observation synergy, the universal observation, the multivariate data fusion, the timely observation service, and the industrialization of observation operation and maintenance.
