老龄化背景下老旧社区公共空间满意度调查与更新规划思考——以南京市为例

Public Space Satisfaction Survey and Renewal Planning of Old Communities in the Context of Aging——A Case Study of Nanjing

“十四五”期间,我国进入老龄化发展新阶段,笔者对南京市老旧社区进行了老年人公共空间满意度调查。通过问卷调查、实地访谈等方法,从社区公共设施和社区户外环境两个方面对社区内老年人的满意度特征进行分析,发现老年人对社区不同设施和开放空间的满意度存在一定的共性和差异性,且提出了关于社区服务方面的需求。基于这些调研结果,本文从社区公共设施、社区户外环境和社区服务三个方面提出老旧社区公共空间更新措施。

During the "14th Five-year Plan" period, based on the new stage of aging development of China’s population, this paper conducted a survey on the satisfaction of public space for the elderly in Nanjing’s old communities. Through questionnaire survey,field interview and other methods, this paper analyzes the satisfaction characteristics of the elderly in the community from the two aspects of community public facilities and community outdoor environment, finds that there are some commonalities and differences in the satisfaction of the elderly to different facilities and open space in the community, and puts forward the needs of community services. Based on these research results, the renewal measures of old community public space are proposed from three aspects:community public facilities,community outdoor environment and community service.
