通州运河文化商务区规划建议

The Planning Proposal of Tongzhou Canal Cultural Business District

随着通州城市副中心方案的提出,以及对通州新城总体功能规划的定位,通州新城的打造一直不断推进细化。文章将通过对通州区五大区域功能规划之一的通州运河核心区范围内的运河文化中心商务区进行现状调研,并根据现状情况所发现的问题,结合通州区总体规划,提出改善方向及进一步的规划内容,希望能通过本文为今后的规划设计提供参考方向。

With the proposal of the sub-center of Tongzhou city and the positioning of the overall functional planning of Tongzhou New City, the construction of Tongzhou New City has been continuously promoted and refined. This paper will conduct a survey on the current situation of the Canal Cultural Central Business District within the Tongzhou Canal core area, in which is one of the five regional functional planning of Tongzhou District. Based on the problems found in the current situation, combined with the overall planning of Tongzhou District, the paper puts forward the improvement direction and further planning content, hoping to provide some reference direction for the further planning and design in the future.
