现代化治理下城市体检及技术应用探索与实践——以景德镇城市体检为例

Exploration and Practice of Urban Physical Examination and Technical Application under Modern Governance——Taking the Physical Examination of Jingdezhen as an Example

以城市体检为统筹规划、建设和管理工作的重要抓手,从而完善城市功能、提升城市品质,形成了现代化城市治理体系的闭环。文章从城市体检的工作背景入手,系统梳理了国内外城市体检工作的相关研究与实践,并以景德镇市城市体检工作技术内容为例进行研究,从指标获取、指标评价、问卷调查、人居环境提升措施四个方面进行技术方法探究,并提出当前城市体检工作的积极意义、工作难点与未来展望。

This paper takes Urban Physical Examination as a main point for coordinating planning, construction and management,so as to complete the urban function and improve the urban quality, and form a closed loop of modern urban governance system.Starting with the working background of Urban Physical Examination, this paper systematically combs the relevant research and practice of Urban Physical Examination at home and abroad, and takes the technical content of Urban Physical Examination in Jingdezhen as an example to conduct research. Then it explores technical methods from four aspects: index selection, index evaluation, questionnaire research and human improvement measures of settlements, and puts forward the positive significance,work difficulties and future prospects of the current Urban Physical Examination work.
