导热油炉烟气超低排放工程设计特点

摘要 江苏德力化纤有限公司积极响应江苏省打赢“蓝天保卫战”的生态要求,于2017年,为公司自有的3×1200万大卡/小时燃煤导热油炉,配套建设烟气超低排放工程。采用“SCR脱硝”+“布袋除尘器”+“大湿法脱硫”+“湿式电除尘器”的工艺设计。SCR脱硝反应器采用2+1布置;除尘采用高效脉冲式布袋除尘器+后置湿式电除尘器;脱硫工艺采用成熟可靠的石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫技术(简称大湿法),设计按5/35/50的超低排放指标执行。该项目设计的特点是工艺先进,技术可靠,动设备可实现在线检修,满足净化系统长期运行。 Jiangsu Deli Chemical Fiber Co.,Ltd.actively responds to the ecological requirements of Jiangsu Province to win the“Blue Sky Defense War”.In 2017,for the company’s own 3×12 million kcal/hour coal-fired heat transfer oil furnace,supporting the construction of ultra-low flue gas emissions engineering.The process design of“SCR denitration”+“bag filter”+“large wet desulfurization”+“wet electrostatic precipitator”is adopted.The SCR denitration reactor adopts a 2+1 arrangement;the dust removal adopts a high-efficiency pulse type bag filter+a rear wet electrostatic precipitator;the desulfurization process adopts the mature and reliable limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization technology(referred to as large wet method),The design is implemented according to the ultra-low emission index of 5/35/50.The design of this project is characterized by advanced technology,reliable technology,and online maintenance of dynamic equipment to meet the long-term operation of the purification system.
