内毒素血症影响慢性肝病的研究进展

Research progress of effect of endotoxemia on chronic liver disease

慢性肝脏疾病是全球重要的健康负担,每年死于慢性肝脏疾病的人数占全球所有死亡人数的3.5%。血清内毒素水平与肝病密切相关,它可通过直接或间接作用引起或加重肝损伤,但内毒素血症在肝损伤中的具体作用目前仍不明确,结合最新肠⁃肝轴相关研究发现,内毒素在肝损伤进展中的作用还可能被严重低估,本文重点综述内毒素血症在慢性肝脏疾病的发生、发展过程中的作用及机制,为临床指导慢性肝脏疾病的治疗提供理论基础。

Chronic liver disease is a significant global health burden,accounting for 3.5% of all deaths worldwide each year. Serum endotoxin level is closely related to end-stage liver disease,which can cause or aggravate liver injury in direct or indirect way. However,the specific role of endotoxemia in liver injury is not yet clear. The latest gut-liver axis related studies found that the role of endotoxin in the progression of liver injury may be seriously underestimated. Therefore,this article focuses on the mechanism and role of endotoxemia in the occurrence and development of chronic liver disease,thus to provide theoretical basis for clinical guidance for the treatment of chronic liver disease.
