摘要 株洲湘江大桥是G60醴陵至娄底高速公路扩容工程的控制性工程,主桥采用(122+230+230+206+104)m四塔五跨预应力混凝土矮塔斜拉桥。该桥采用刚构-连续体系,中塔采用塔梁墩固结,边塔采用塔梁固结、塔墩分离,以提高桥梁整体刚度并控制温度效应。主梁采用预应力混凝土结构,为斜腹板单箱三室箱梁截面,悬臂长7 m,通过设置悬臂加劲肋以满足横向受力要求。桥塔采用独柱式钢筋混凝土结构,主墩采用钢筋混凝土空心桥墩。斜拉索采用φ^(s)15.2 mm环氧涂层钢绞线,标准抗拉强度为2000 MPa,平行索面布置。静、动力分析结果表明:桥梁在施工阶段及运营阶段的承载能力、抗裂性能、刚度均满足设计规范要求,桥梁具有良好的静、动力性能。 The Zhuzhou Xiangjiang River Bridge is a key section of the G60 Liling-Loudi Expressway expansion project.The main bridge is a prestressed concrete extradosed bridge that has four pylons,creating five spans of 122,230,230,206 and 104 m.The bridge is a combined rigid frame and continuous system.To improve the global stiffness of the bridge and control temperature effect,the two central pylons are fixed with the main girder and piers,while the two side pylons are only fixed with the main girder.The main girder consists of prestressed concrete three-cell box girders with oblique webs.The cantilevers stretching out from both sides of the box girder are 7 m long,strengthened by stiffening ribs to enhance the transverse load bearing capacity of the structure.The pylons are mono-column reinforced concrete structures,and the main piers are the reinforced concrete hollow piers.The stay cables arranged in parallel cable planes are composed of epoxy-coated steel wires of 15.2 mm diameter,with nominal tensile strength of 2000 MPa.The static and dynamic analysis show that the load bearing capacity,cracking resistance and rigidity of the bridge in both construction and operation periods can meet the code requirements,and the static and dynamic performance of the bridge is good.
