摘要 随着勘探转向中深部地层和复杂储层,测井更难随钻评价储层流体性质,滞后于地质界面识别,这就迫切需要利用录井手段完成地质勘探。录井作业的主要内容之一是井场随钻地质跟踪,解决关键地质界面识别和流体实时解释评价等问题。前者是安全进尺和中完停钻的重点关注对象,后者则是指导下一步勘探和决策的重要依据,两者的及时性和时效性对现场至关重要。RISExpress V 2.0井场油气水快速识别与评价系统能有效减少钻井过程录井数据处理时间,实现快速成图,帮助井场地质人员快速完成地层随钻对比;油气水解释评价模块能根据渤海油田各二级构造带进行单项录井解释并优选方法完成油气水综合解释评价,最终辅助勘探决策。该软件在多口探井应用证实,关键地质界面识别平均循环次数减少至1.5次/井,油气水解释评价模块准确率达到85.5%,显示出在井场随钻地质跟踪中应用效果良好。 As exploration is directed towards medium and deep strata and complex reservoirs,well logging is more difficult to evaluate reservoir fluid properties while drilling,lagging behind the geological interface identification,which urgently needs to complete the geological exploration by mud logging means.One of the main contents of mud logging operation is geological tracking while drilling in the wellsite to solve the problems of key geological interface identification and fluid real-time interpretation and evaluation.The former is the focus of safe footage and using the results of drillstem tests to determine well completion and stop drilling,while the latter is an important basis for guiding the next exploration and decision-making.The timeliness and the efficiency of both are crucial to the site.The RISExpress V 2.0 wellsite oil,gas and water rapid identification and evaluation system can effectively reduce the mud logging data processing time during the drilling,realize fast mapping,and help the geological staff of wellsite quickly complete the strata correlation while drilling.The oil,gas and water interpretation and evaluation module performs single mud logging interpretation according to each secondary structural belt of Bohai Oilfield,completes oil,gas and water comprehensive interpretation and evaluation by optimized method,and finally assists the exploratory decision.The application of the software in multiple exploration wells confirmed that the average cycle index of key geological interface identification was reduced to 1.5 times per well,and the accuracy of the oil,gas and water interpretation and evaluation module reached 85.5%,showing the good effects of geological tracking while drilling in the wellsite.
