第一次工业革命以来,欧洲依靠资本逻辑的强大驱动力开辟了现代化的西方道路,创造了现代性文明的西方形态,铸就了现代性的西方传统,为世界的现代化事业奠定了基础,树立了样板。西方现代性文明是一把“双刃剑”,既是历史的进步,同是也带来了巨大的代价。中国是世界上独一无二的伟大样本,有自己独特的国情、国运、文脉,注定只能走具有本国特点的现代化道路,创造具有本国特点的现代性文明。中国共产党历经百年奋斗,成功走出了一条“鱼和熊掌可以兼得”的中国式现代化道路,创造了现代性文明新形态,既充分享受了现代性的成果,同时又避免了西方现代性之殇。现代性文明的中国新形态是人类文明发展史上的伟大创造,是全面超越西方现代性文明的崭新形态,是具有辩证性、整合性、叠加性、自反性、复杂性特征的新文明类型。
