Adhering to the people’s center is the value implication of the new form of human civilization. The understanding of this value implication can be grasped from three dimensions. From the theoretical dimension, this is the essential requirement of Marxism on the new form of human civilization. From a historical perspective, this is the historical conclusion of the CPC’s exploration of a new form of human civilization.
