摘要 缓冲层烧蚀故障严重危害高压电缆的安全可靠运行。为进一步揭示缓冲层烧蚀机理,开展了高压电缆缓冲层烧蚀试验,研究了缓冲层受潮进水对烧蚀故障的影响。此外,利用铝板与几种常用带材组合成试验模型,验证了缓冲层烧蚀的其他诱因。结合国内现有研究成果,提出了高压电缆缓冲层及金属套的结构设计、生产过程控制等方面的改善建议。研究结果可为高压电缆的结构优化、产品质量提升提供参考。 The buffer layer ablation fault severely affects the safe and reliable operation of high voltage cable. In order to further reveal the mechanism of buffer layer ablation, the experiment of buffer layer ablation was conducted. The influence of incoming water on buffer layer ablation was investigated. In addition, an experimental model combined by the aluminum plates and several commonly used strip materials was prepared to verify other causes of buffer layer ablation. Combined with the existing domestic research results the structural design and production process control of high voltage cable buffer layer and metal sleeve were proposed. The research results can provide reference for the optimal design and quality improvementof high-voltage cable.
