机遇与挑战:后疫情时代高校社会体育人才培养改革研究

Opportunities and Challenges: Research on the Reform of Social Sports Talents Training in Colleges and Universities in the Post-pandemic

对接国家健康需求和提高学生职业素养成为后疫情时代社会体育专业高质量发展的优选之路。运用文献资料法、专家调查法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,结合2020版培养方案修订与实施实践,对后疫情时代高校社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养方案进行分析论证。研究认为:按照国家《质量标准》进行人才培养方案的制定仅仅是达标,体现出自己的特色则是我们主要的工作方向;健身与健康管理人才已经成为国家需求,国家和山东省地方政策为社会体育专业办学提供了良好机遇;山东高校在转型发展过程中可以从专业办学特色与健康产业的契合、应用型人才培养等角度全面考虑社会体育专业办学问题。本研究可以为山东省高校、教育部门、社会团体等政府决策部门提供参考建议。

To meet the needs of health and improve the professional quality of students has become the preferred way for the high-quality development of social sports majors in the post-epidemic era. This paper uses literature data method, expert investigation method, logic analysis method and other research methods, combined with the 2020 version of the training program revision and implementation practice, to analyze and demonstrate the college social sports guidance and management professional training program in the post-epidemic era.According to the research, the formulation of talent training program in accordance with the national quality standard is only up to the standard, and reflecting our own characteristics is our main work direction;fitness and health management talents have become the national demand, and national and Shandong provincial local policies provide good opportunities for social sports major education;Shandong colleges and universities can comprehensively consider the issues of schooling of social majors from the perspective of the fit of the characteristics of school running with the health industry and the cultivation of applied talents. This research can provide reference suggestions for government decision-making departments such as universities, education departments, and social organizations in Shandong Province.
