Research on the Appraisal of Culture and Tourism Integration Towns in Yangzhou

“十四五”时期,文化与旅游将进入深度融合期,扬州应借助评审工作促进文旅融合小镇的建设与发展,助推国际文旅名城建设。扬州文旅融合小镇的评审工作,应做到定性与定量评审相结合,制定体现扬州地方文旅特色的评审指标体系,建立评审专家库与实施第三方评审,健全动态调整与优胜劣汰的竞争机制。

During the 14th Five-year Plan period,culture and tourism is entering a period of deep integration.Yangzhou needs to promote and guide the construction and development of culture/tourism-themed towns with the help of the appraisal work.The appraisal should combine qualitative and quantitative evaluation;An evaluation index system which can reflect Yangzhou local culture and tourism characteristics should be formulated;Evaluation expert database should be established;Third-party evaluation should be engaged;and dynamic adjustment and competition mechanism should be introduced.
