孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂、枸地氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide nasal spray and desloratadine citrate disodium in the treatment of allergic rhinitis

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂、枸地氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2021年4月陕西中医药大学第二附属医院收治的160例变应性鼻炎患者作为研究对象,按照简单随机化法将其分为对照组和试验组,各80例。对照组给予布地奈德鼻喷雾剂和枸地氯雷他定治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的鼻塞、鼻痒、打喷嚏、流涕缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的IL-6、IL-8水平低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的CSF、sICAM-1、ECP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德鼻喷雾剂、枸地氯雷他定治疗变应性鼻炎的效果较好,可有效缓解症状,改善炎症因子、血清学指标水平,且不增加不良反应。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide nasal spray and desloratadine citrate disodium in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods A total of 160 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted in the second affiliated hospital of Shaanxi university of Chinese medicine from January 2017 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the simple randomization method,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide nasal spray and desloratadine citrate disodium,and the experimental group was treated with montelukast sodium on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The relief time of nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing and runny nose in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of IL-10 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CSF,sICAM-1 and ECP in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide nasal spray and desloratadine citrate disodium in the treatment of allergic rhinitisthe has better effect.It can effectively alleviate the symptoms,improve the levels of inflammatory factors and serological indexes,and do not increase the adverse reactions.
