氟康唑治疗肺部真菌感染的临床效果及对患者不良反应的影响

Clinical effect of fluconazole in the treatment of pulmonary fungal infection and its influence on adverse reactions

目的探究氟康唑治疗肺部真菌感染的临床效果及对患者不良反应的影响。方法选取100例肺部真菌感染患者作为研究对象,采用简单随机化法分为试验组(50例,氟康唑)和对照组(50例,伊曲康唑)。比较两组的治疗效果、肺功能指标、症状积分及不良反应发生情况。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的72.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC均升高,且试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的紫绀、呼吸困难、胸痛、咳嗽咳痰、发热积分均降低,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的不良反应总发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论氟康唑治疗肺部真菌感染的临床效果显著,可改善患者的肺功能指标及疾病症状,且不良反应发生率较低,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of fluconazole in the treatment of pulmonary fungal infection and its influence on adverse reactions.Methods A total of 100 patients with pulmonary fungal infection were selected as the research subjects and divided into experimental group(50 cases,fluconazole)and control group(50 cases,itraconazole)by simple randomization.The treatment effect,pulmonary function indexes,symptom scores and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 92.00%,which was higher than 72.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the two groups increased,and those in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of cyanosis,dyspnea,chest pain,cough and expectoration,and fever in both groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 4.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluconazole in the treatment of pulmonary fungal infection has a significant clinical effect,it can improve the pulmonary function indexes and disease symptoms of patients,and with low incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
